Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Anthony Middonte fine art print. Each order is carefully produced and prepared for delivery, but if something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it within a maximum of 30 days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the print, packaging and any damage.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy within 30 days, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please keep the original print and packaging until your claim has been resolved, as they may be required to process the claim with the printer or shipping provider.

Change of Mind

As fine art prints are produced specifically to fulfil individual orders, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including where an incorrect size or print has been selected by the customer.

Please carefully check your chosen artwork, size, format and delivery details before completing your order.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Colour and Appearance

Every effort is made to represent the colours, tones and details of our photographs accurately.

However, screens and devices display colours differently, and there may be minor variations between the image displayed on your screen and the finished printed artwork. Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.

Returns

Please do not return an item without contacting us first, and within a maximum of 30 days from your purchase date.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where and how the item should be returned. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered where required.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider or payment service to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns we deem to be acceptable, except where required by applicable law.

International Orders

Anthony Middonte fine art prints are available to customers worldwide.

Consumer protection and return rights vary between countries and regions. Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.

For customers in Australia, your purchase comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers in other countries may also have mandatory consumer rights, including statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights. Where those rights apply, they take precedence over any inconsistent provision in this policy.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by us.

If an order is refused or not collected because of customs duties, taxes or other import charges, any refund will be subject to applicable law and may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, customs or other costs incurred.

Most creations depart our studio within 3 business days. Transit time depends on destination, although most prints are generally delivered within 3-5 days.
